Gentle Dragon is a puppet theatre character that encourages toddlers to move and use their voice. It invites children to express themselves even without words. The interactive performance contains very little speech, and the story unfolds mainly through movement, sounds, and shared activities – making it an excellent choice for multilingual groups.

Gentle Dragon lives by a sapphire-blue pond. It is kind, friendly, and cheerful. However, it has one problem: it doesn’t know that it is a dragon. It has many good friends in the forest, but it has never met another dragon. It can speak cat, dog, cow, and pig… but it doesn’t know what its own voice sounds like. During the performance, we meet other forest creatures and help the Gentle Dragon find its voice and learn how to breathe fire!

The interactive performance is suitable for children under 4 years old, adult-child pairs, or family daycare groups that may include children of different ages.
