Information and instructions for a Birthday Adventure

Location and arrival

Theatre Museum, Cable Factory, Kaapeliaukio 3
Entrance via Glass Courtyard. Registration at the info desk.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time so the group can start on time. The end time cannot be extended.

At least one adult must accompany the group; more if participants are very young.
The group’s responsible adult ensures calm and supervises the group throughout the visit.
Parents, including guests’ parents, are welcome to watch the performance. The show takes place during the last 30 minutes of the 1.5-hour adventure.
No admission fee for spectators, but they must register at the info desk in Glass Courtyard.

If the shared mezzanine in the Cable Museums’ lobby is free, a small snack can be enjoyed there before the adventure. The mezzanine cannot be reserved.
Eating and drinking are prohibited in the museum exhibition spaces.
A suitable snack could be a simple packed assortment: juice, fruit, biscuit, or a small savory bite.
No dishes, table settings, or decorations may be brought to the mezzanine. It must be cleaned after use.
Meals can also be arranged at the Hima & Sali restaurant in Cable Factory’s C staircase (request a separate quote at www.himasali.com) or by using services at Korttelikeskus Ruohis.

Payment is made at the info desk upon arrival, by cash or card.
Cancellations must be made at least seven business days before the reserved time by email: varaukset@teatterimuseo.fi
Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the price.
No-shows will be charged the full price. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided at booking, with an additional €7 billing fee.
