Alert

Please note! On Friday, December 12, the Theatre Museum will close at 6 p.m. due to a private event.

Principles for a safer space

We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment in the museum. We are all responsible for the safety of our spaces and influence it through our actions. We create an encouraging and safe atmosphere and take care of each other.

We do not make assumptions about anyone’s culture, gender, sexuality, health, or functional ability. Each person defines these things for themselves and speaks from their own experience, not on behalf of anyone else.

We use language that is as understandable and clear as possible.

We give everyone space to be themselves while respecting others. We strive to make our spaces as accessible and equal as possible, so that everyone can come, experience, and participate in the museum’s exhibitions according to their abilities.

If you feel uncomfortable in any situation, please let us know. We will intervene in the event of inappropriate behavior and support you. You can also send feedback after the event and anonymously.

We all make mistakes sometimes. When we have acted incorrectly, we take responsibility for it, apologize, and revise our practices.

We also respect the privacy of others. If you take photographs, make sure that everyone in the picture is okay with it.
